Have you ever noticed that the longer a job site is up and running the more hoops you have to go through just to post a resume. Some things we will never do!

1) We will never make you have to go through an advertiser before you post a resume. That is wrong to make you do that.

2) We will never have pop up ads on this site as we understand they are annoying.

3) We will never fill the site up with ads. We have a top banner and a couple of places along the side of the pages but that's it!

4) We will never charge you to post a resume. We may have some upgraded features down the road to make resumes stand out but your basic post a resume will always be free.

5) We will never allow MLM Distributors to be a part of our program. This is a job site not a business opportunity site. There is a place for that and this site is not it. If their job they are offering isn't a regular job then they will not be able to post the job.

We hope that you will see we are going to be different than any other job site out there. One of our goals is to be the premier career center for the Carolins. We will be creating a site for different cities in the Carolinas.

First, this site will always be free to post your resumes. Second, why are we launching another job platform? We feel that there is a huge void from all the other job portals out there. Searching through the different job sites, you find that either the rates for businesses are outrageous or you find the free ones.

The free ones? You really do get what you pay for when it comes to free. Have you ever used the free job sites? The business people we talk to have said that you have to go through so much to even find one quality person on those sites.
